Are your custom RAG systems set up to integrate into existing systems/workflows/platforms?

Yes! Pretty much all of the RAG systems we build are used as integrations into existing systems and platforms. We build all of our ai systems as deployable API services so they can easily be added to a SaaS UI, internal workflow, or mobile apps.

What type ai tools do you build RAG with?

We work with both off the shelf and custom frameworks depending on the RAG domain. We find that in the long run customization allows for higher accuracy, but POC/MVPs should start with as much off the shelf as possible to prove out the use case.

How long does a RAG POC take?

We try to stick to 31 days for our POCs. Anything scoped larger than that should be outlined into multiple phases, or a full MVP
