As we can see, some of the relevant data and insights necessary for an effective recommendation system will not be present in a typical customer relationship management (CRM) database, or in conventional sales analytics systems.
It's here that the deployment of machine learning analysis can really help in filtering out the noise of coincidence from the discovery of useful and exploitable data relationships.
